In the interest of public health and safety the Kerrville Chalk Festival has cancelled the annual street painting event for this year.
The 2020 Festival benefits The Hill Country Arts Foundation (HCAF) that was established in 1959 to enrich, educate and enlighten members of the community. Through classes, workshops, exhibitions, camps, and stage productions, people come together to learn and develop skills in the arts. HCAF serves as a place for people of all ages to explore their talents.
The Kerrville Chalk Festival drew an estimated 10,000 attendees over two days in 2019! Visit the 2019 artist roster page to view some of the amazing artwork from that weekend.
The Cailloux Foundation is the founding sponsor.
