Kerrville Chalk Festival is a family-oriented art event for the Texas Hill Country community. The Festival is held on Peterson Plaza in the heart of Kerrville to raise funds for nonprofit organizations.
2021 Recipient: Schreiner University Visual Arts Department provides students the creative and technical skills necessary for a career in design or the arts profession. The event brings people together downtown, encourages dining, and shopping in the area. Hotels in Kerrville will also benefit from visiting artists and Festival attendees.
